Q&A from ladyofleisuredc

When is your next birthday? How long have you blogged? How many siblings do you have and what is your birth order? Totally random questions I know. Oh! and whycome you don't post pics of yourself often?

My next birthday is March 24!  Turning 26.  Which is terrifying.  Why am I not still 21.  I still FEEL 21.

Oh God, are you ready for this?  I’ve been blogging since December of 2001 - so over TEN YEARS of blogging.  I had a Livejournal from my sophomore year of high school to my senior year of college, although admittedly I stopped really caring about the Livejournal halfway through college.  (It’s embarrassing, so I humbly request you don’t judge me too hard on it.  It IS hilarious though.)  In 2008, I started a Tumblr that I posted in twice, and subsequently deleted.  I’ve had this Tumblr since October of 2009.  So with about a year off, it’s been over ten years that I’ve been blogging.  That is nuts.

I am the oldest child in my family.  I have a younger sister, Chelsea, who’s 20.  I fit in with the oldest child stereotype - type A, overachiever, impatient, controlling.  Yada yada yada.  However, if you count my father’s two kids from his first marriage, I’m the third of four.  I also sort of fit THAT stereotype because I find that the third of four is always really weird.  My oldest half-brother Cort is 45, and my other half-brother Craig is 42.  (My dad is old.)

I am blushing right now that anyone would ASK for pictures of me.  I think it’s because I wear a suit basically every day to work so it’s super boring.  That being said, maybe I’ll try to shake things up for the Internet!  You’ve inspired me.
