She doesn't even go here!

Not intrusive - I like talking about Andrew!  (And I love knowing this stuff about other people too.  That came out weird but you know what I mean.)

Andrew and I met doing college theater.  I got dragged into theater to get away from my college boyfriend after we broke up.  I stage managed Andrew in a musical while we were both in school and while he was still with his ex.  We spoke minimally at best.  He was alright, and he thought I was funny.  That’s always a plus.  The summer after I graduated, he and his girlfriend broke up, and our friends immediately began scheming to get us together.  I don’t know why they thought it’d be a good idea.  Maybe just because I’d been single for a while and I was his type?  I’ll never know.  It was pretty good thinking on their part though.

He finally asked me out after over a month of dancing around the topic in the fall of ‘08.  So we’ve been together a little over three years.

Believe it or not, living with my mom is totally fine.  She’s really more of a roommate than my mother, which is why I don’t mind living there.  Andrew is allowed to stay over whenever he wants, and she just asks that there be no… shenanigans while she’s home and awake.  Which, really, is not that much to ask.  So we don’t.  She really likes Andrew, and he really likes my mom, which is good because she’s my best friend and it’d be awkward if they clashed.

(Clearly I secretly love intrusive.)
